Anne Foster- RN, MSN, CPHQ
Anne founded Care Review Resources in 1988, and continues as an
actively involved C.E.O.
Care Review Resources is a healthcare consulting and contracting
firm assisting all types of providers.
Our team is comprised of well educated clinicians with expertise in
care and compliance management.
Anne is an innovator and a highly respected expert in the quality and care management field for over 30 years performing operations assessments, guiding teams toward improved performance and educating on compliance issues.
Anne has held staff, educator and care management compliance leadership positions prior to starting this consulting firm. Ms. Foster is a well known national speaker who has presented seminars on all care management and hospitalist program-related topics.
She is an expert project leader for the Care Review Resources' team of fine associates. Anne is also published in several peer review journals. Anne has successfully guided multiple abstract teams to collect key validation and research data useful in enhancing quality of care in collaboration with academic / statewide organizations.
Her survey methodology (e.g. JCAHO, CMS) has been 100% successful.
Anne and Care Review Resources are well known to successfully assist hospitals in crisis with knowledge, energy and compassion.
Ms. Foster's education includes a BSN from Russell Sage College, New York, and a MSN from California State University. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
